Return Policy

Before returning any merchandise for any reason whatsoever it is necessary to contact Charles P. Lauman Co. for approval. 

If approval is given an RMA (return authorization) number will be given by Charles P. Lauman Co.  Under no circumstances will returned goods be accepted to our docks without an RMA number.
